Q- How many full body caricatures can be drawn per hour? A. Four to five minutes each. (up to 12-15 per hour) * Couples drawn together on the same sheet of paper take as long as drawing them separately. **These quotes are based on a steady, continuous flow of cooperative guests.
Q- Does the caricaturist answer the phone promptly or return your email in a timely fashion? A- We have someone on staff who answers the phone and returns your email the same day usually within an hour or two.
Q- Do you need more than one caricaturist given the length of the event? A- Read the information above to decide if you need more than one caricaturist.
Q- Can the caricaturist find a colleague if you require more than one? A- Jess has a network of colleagues and can usually find more caricaturists if requested.

Q- Does the caricaturist handle the arrangements quickly and professionally? A- Our office staff always responds promptly to calls and email.
Q- Does the caricaturist supply protective plastic bags for each guest’s picture? A. Jess puts each drawing in a protective bag. Spills happen at events and we want your guests leave with their art intact.
Q- What are the caricaturists billing options? A- We accept Cash, California checks, MO, Bank Checks, Visa, MC or Discover through our office credit card machine and AMEX through Paypal.com
Q- Is the caricaturist willing to travel to the area of your event? A- Jess draws at events and parties throughout Southern California. Custom caricatures drawn and shipped worldwide from photos.
Q- If the event is outdoors do you have shade for the guest and caricaturist? A- Jess requires 6' x 6' shade for himself and the person posing.
Q- Is there an electricity supply for the caricaturist’s needs? A- Except for outdoor events during daylight, a nearby electrical outlet for lighting equipment and the cartoon slide show Jess created for the poser's entertainment. The slide show makes posing fun for the sitter and those waiting their turn.
Q- If there is no electricity, then what are the lighting conditions? A- Jess needs to be able to see the person posing clearly.
Q- Where will the artist and guests sit? A- Jess requires two chairs. He brings his own table.
Q- What is the type and size of paper used by the caricaturist? A- Jess draws on 11" X 14" card stock.
Q- Does the caricaturist’s draw in a style which will offend or flatter guests? A. Jess' style is to flatter the subject while making the art amusing. Click to see sample page.

Q- Does the caricaturist have a contract to guarantee they will deliver as promised? A- Jess' office staff will prepare a professional electronic contract to guarantee the day, time and fee.
Q- How do I handle the financial arrangements. A- All financial arrangements must be finalized before the end of the event. Jess requires a credit card to hold the reservation of his time and a contract at the time of the booking for the protection of both the client and himself.
